Cancellation Policy

Sewing Class Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! To keep our classes running smoothly and fair to all students, please review our cancellation policy below: 1. Cancellations by Participants At least 7 days before class: You may cancel for a full refund or credit toward a future class. At least 72 hours before class: You may receive class credit only (no refunds). Less than 48 hours before class: No refunds or credits will be issued, as materials and instructor time have already been prepared. No-shows: If you do not attend your class and have not notified us, the class fee is non-refundable. 2. Rescheduling If you need to move to a different class date, we’re happy to accommodate once (if space allows) with at least 72 hours’ notice. 3. Cancellations by Instructor or Studio If we must cancel a class due to low enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll have the option of a full refund or reschedule. 4. Minimum Enrollment Classes may be canceled if enrollment is low. You’ll be notified at least 48 hours in advance if that happens. 5. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time! Students arriving 20 minutes late may not be able to join, and refunds cannot be given.
