REFUND POLICY

We genuinely care about your garment and your experience. Alterations are hands-on work, and while we use proven processes and careful handling, clothing construction and fabric behavior can be unpredictable. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ll work with you respectfully and reasonably toward the best solution.

Refunds are not automatic. A refund is only considered when management determines it’s the most appropriate final resolution.

The Remedial Process
FIRST, WE FIX IT
Additional tailoring or repair at no charge when possible.
If it can’t be fixed
Management will offer a store credit or refund as a final resolution.
If a refund or credit is deemed appropriate, our maximum responsibility is $600 per garment (including any repair, replacement contribution, store credit, or refund), regardless of the garment’s original purchase price.
For garments valued over $600, we strongly recommend maintaining your own insurance coverage. Unless a higher limit is agreed to in writing before work begins, the $600 per garment maximum responsibility still applies.
