Cancellation Policy

If an issue is determined to be caused by our alteration work, we will first attempt a no-charge correction when possible; if it cannot be reasonably corrected, management may offer store credit or a refund. When a refund or credit is approved, our maximum responsibility is limited to $600 per garment, regardless of original price, unless a higher limit is agreed to in writing before work begins. Alterations are based on what we confirm and you approve during your fitting, and if you change your mind after approval, additional adjustments may require another fitting and may be billed.
